在一个深夜，青工小王心中有个想法：改变自己的工作状态。为此，他决定采取一种不太寻常的方式——请厂长喝酒。他认为，在醉酒之后，厂长可能会更加开朗、放松，这样或许能够得到更好的结果。

小王邀请了厂长去一家附近的小酒馆。两人相约晚上七点半到达，那时候，小王已经提前到了，并且选好了座位。他知道，给人留下好印象是很重要的，因此他特意穿上了最正式的衣服，即便是在这样一个平凡的小酒馆里也显得格外出众。

七点三十分，小王看到门口出现了一抹熟悉的身影。factory manager, the man who held the fate of his work life in his hands. He was a bit taller than small king, with a strong build and a stern expression on his face. Small king had heard that he was not easy to approach, but tonight, he decided to take the risk.

As they sat down at their table, small king ordered two bottles of red wine. They started drinking at around eight o'clock in the evening. The atmosphere became more relaxed as they talked about various topics such as sports, movies and even politics.

After drinking for several hours, both men were feeling quite drunk. Their conversation became more casual and less structured. At one point during the night when they were laughing loudly together over some joke or other story from their past experiences.

Small king then pulled out an application form from his pocket and placed it on the table between them. He took out a pen as well and pushed it towards factory manager's side of the table.

The factory manager looked at him curiously for a moment before picking up the pen himself instead of taking it from small king directly which made small king feel uneasy for some reason unknown to him until later when everything fell into place.

Then factory manager signed on top right corner of application form with just one stroke - "好" (good) which left both men looking puzzled because none of them knew what this single character meant while signing an application form especially after so much alcohol consumption that night

At first glance nobody could understand its meaning or significance except little did know how important this single character would be later in their lives

In fact there are many stories like this happening all over world where people drink too much alcohol but end up changing someone's life forever without knowing
